Reasoning, Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze information related to a given situation and generate appropriate response options. Problem-solving is a sequential process that follows a typical pattern such as: identification of the problem; generation of response options; evaluation of response option appropriateness; selection and testing of first option; analysis as to whether solution has been reached.

Reciprocal Innervation: Modulation of excitation and inhibition within the central nervous system leading to a harmonious interplay of muscle activity in patterns for selective movement and posture.

Respiratory Function: Measurement of the function of the lungs. There are many different tests that can be used to determine lung function.

RGO: Reciprocating Gait Orthosis, an external brace device that is worn by individuals that have sustained a complete spinal cord injury to allow standing and walking. It is often used by children who have spinal cord injury to promote normal bone growth.
